DIY Nachos
DIY Nachos
Use leftover taco beef to send a DIY nacho lunch they'll have fun assembling!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 packet taco seasoning
- 1/3 cup water
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Shredded lettuce
- Salsa
- Greek yogurt
- Avocado
- Lime juice
- Salt
- Tortilla chips
Directions:
- Brown the ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat, then drain any excess grease. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and add water, stir to combine, then simmer until the sauce is thickened.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with lime juice and salt.
- Pack taco beef in the thermos, topped with shredded cheese.
- Add mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, and salsa to OmieDip containers and pack in the side compartments, along with shredded lettuce.
- Pack tortilla chips in a separate snack container.
- Don't forget the utensils!
